Last Friday's Disney/Pixar panel at Comic-Con may not have featured any actual footage from the studios much-anticipated "Toy Story 3D" but it DID feature some newly rendered 3D scenes from "Toy Story 2" - which is almost as good. Hard-core Pixar fans will recall that the studio has re-jiggered both of their iconic "Toy Story" features for 3D screens as part of the promotion for the release of "Toy Story 3D" in June 2010. The big news is that BOTH movies, in their new and improved 3D versions, will be in theatres on a double bill for two weeks only beginning October 2nd.
