Disney has released the first clip from the Pixar short film Toy Story of Terror! ahead of its TV debut next week. The half-hour short finds the Toy Story gang staying in a motel after Bonnie takes them on a road trip only to have the car break down along the way. Once inside the spooky motel, one of the toys goes missing, and the rest of the group is suddenly caught up in “a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate.” This clip is incredibly promising, as we see the group discuss the aforementioned disappearance and how to proceed with the overly dramatic Pricklepants chiming in with appropriate gusto.
Hit the jump to watch the clip. Toy Story of Terror! premieres on ABC on October 16th at 8/7c.
