TNT has released a new trailer for their new show Transporter: The Series. Like the films, the show centers on (played on the TV series by Chris Vance), an ex-Special Forces field operative who has taken to transporting precious cargo to make a living. Judging by the trailer, this show should be very familiar to fans of the movies. There are the car chases, the fancy clothes, the fistfights, the gun play, and the quips. Considering the episodic nature of the premise, I’m surprised it took this long for it to become a TV show. Andrea Osvart co-stars as a former CIA agent who organizes Martin’s missions (and teases as a love interest).
