Summit has sent over nine high resolution images from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1.  I believe most had previously been released except for one or two of them.  They've also sent over a new synopsis.  As most of you are quite aware, the next chapter in the Twilight sags hits theaters on November 18, 2011 and it stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.   Hit the jump for the images and the new synopsis.
