A new trailer for writer/director/star Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas has been released online. The story finds the titular Madea accompanying her family on a visit to a relative in a rural community. Culture clashes and “hilarity” ensues. The trailer shows that the film pits Perry’s wise-cracking Madea opposite a backwards hillbilly-type played by—surprise, surprise—Larry the Cable Guy, so that’s a thing that’s happening.
