The first set photos from director Amy Heckerling’s (Clueless) vampire-themed romantic comedy (apparently this is a genre now) Vamps have hit the web. The film stars Alicia Silverstone, Sigourney Weaver, Krysten Ritter (Breaking Bad), Malcolm McDowell, Marilu Henner and Justin Kirk (Weeds). The story centers on ““two young beautiful female vampires (Silverstone & Ritter) living the good nightlife in New York until love enters the picture and each has to make a choice that will jeopardize her immortality.”

If you’re wavering on whether or not this sounds remotely interesting to you, I’ll end with this: McDowell plays a geriatric Vlad the Impaler. Hit the jump to check out the set photos featuring Sigourney Weaver vamping it up.

Here are the images (via the Vamps Facebook page):

Sigourney Weaver looks like she did in Ghostubusters when she was possessed by Zule–just not as hot :(

“two young beautiful female vampires (Silverstone & Ritter)…”

    Alicia Silverstone: Born October 4, 1976 (1976-10-04) (age 34)

    Young for a vampire I guess…

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, BidsGet.ç om

Lots of promise here. Clueless is great up there with Mean Girls and Easy A. Ritter was excellent in Breaking Bad and they got the uncle from Weeds. Pending trailer and reviews, Im in. http://bit.ly/nFbIxQ
