The press release for Warcraft doesn't state just which roles Brown and Wu have landed, nor does it provide an update on the roles for the rest of the principal cast. Production is still planned for a January start in Vancouver.
THR announced the casting additions to The Purge sequel, which stars Frank Grillo (The Grey) in the lead. Writer-director James DeMonaco (The Purge) is returning to write/produce/direct the sequel, which is due for a brisk production as a release date of June 20, 2014. No plot details are available at the moment, but the sequel is expected to center on the same premise as the original: a world in which emergency services are suspended once a year for 24 hours and crime runs rampant.
Finally, Deadline reports that Gervais will reprise his role of museum director Dr. McPhee in Night at the Museum 3. Scripted by Thomas Lennon, Robert Ben Garant, David Guion and Michael Handelman, the third installment in the series will see Stiller returning as Larry the night guard.
