The Wednesday TV ratings for November 18th are in; here are some of the highlights:

  • At 8 p.m., The Middle took the top scripted slot with a 2.0 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, pulling 7.85 million viewers for ABC.
  • Rosewood on Fox was steady with its 1.4 rating, but lost some viewers to hit the 4.76 million mark, while NBC’s The Mysteries of Laura returned to a 1.1 rating and 7.3 million viewers.
  • Arrow rose a tenth in the 8 p.m. slot to a 1.0 rating and 2.57 million viewers for the CW.

    At 8:30 pm., The Goldbergs gained a tenth to notch a 2.2 rating and 7.07 million viewers, while ABC’s comedy bloc continued at 9 p.m. with Modern Family also up a tenth to a 2.8 rating and 8.35 million viewers. At 9:30 p.m., black-ish was steady with a 1.9 rating, but gained some viewers to end with 6.15 million.
  • Empire improved two tenths from last week’s season low, winning the night easily with a hefty 4.4 rating and 11.16 million viewers. for Fox at 9 p.m.
  • On CBS, Criminal Minds lost a tenth at 9 p.m., dropping to a 1.5 rating and 8.03 million viewers, while NBC’s Law & Order: SVU took a pretty major hit, dropping six tenths (!) to a season-low 1.4 rating and 6.26 million viewers.
  • Supernatural, also at 9 p.m., brought in a steady 0.7 rating and 1.75 million viewers for the CW.

  • At 10 p.m., Chicago PD was down to its season low 1.4 rating and 6.46 million viewers, even though it won its time slot for NBC. CBS’s Code Black also dipped a tenth to a 1.2 rating and 6.53 million viewers. Nashville stayed steady to finish out the night with a 1.0 rating and 4.43 million viewers for ABC.
