The Flash, "All Star Team Up" (CW, 8 p.m.) -- The Flash returns with an Arrow crossover featuring Felicity and Ray, and the premiere of Ray's new Atom suit. But is it more exciting than a group dinner that includes Barry, Felicity, Ray, Iris, and Eddie? (Drama!)

Justified, "The Promise" (FX, 10 pm.) -- The series finale (which will run for 1hr and 7 minutes -- adjust your DV-Rs!) will feature a final showdown that will determine whether Raylan, Boyd, or Ava can make it out of Harlan alive.
