Don't forget, in your excitement for he upcoming Deadpool movie and X-Men: Apocalypse, about Wolverine 3 (which doesn't yet have an official title). Almost nothing is known about the sequel, which is still in development at 20th Century Fox, except that David James Kelly is writing the script (which could see a Wolverine and Professor Xavier team-up).

Since 2000, Hugh Jackman has played Wolverine seven times on screen, and in 2014 said that this third Wolverine movie could be he last appearance as the character. However, Jackman told EW last month that he now wants to play Wolverine until he dies, after being inspired by Michael Keaton's performance in Birdman:

I said to my wife, 'The moral is that I should never stop playing Wolverine. I've got to find a way to keep playing him until I die.' I know that someday they'll recast the role with another actor…I'd be happy if the role was eventually recast. It would mean that it had become iconic.

X-Men: Apocalypse is set for release May 23rd, 2016, while Wolverine 3 is being slated for March 3rd, 2017.
