When the release of X-Men: Days of Future Past was imminent, 20th Century Fox kicked off a series of tie-in marketing campaigns with fast food chains and the like, including Carl’s Jr. That particular burger spot debuted Evan Peters’ Quicksilver for the first time, and it was met with a somewhat incredulous reaction, as folks figured the character was destined to be the butt of jokes for some time to come. However, when the full film debuted, Quicksilver was the undisputed standout, with Peters’ portrayal and Bryan Singer’s direction bringing the fast-moving mutant to vivid life.

So today, when a tie-in X-Men: Apocalypse ad for the U.K. internet provider Sky Fibre debuted, we knew not to misjudge. And you know what, the promo is actually pretty cute, also giving us a look at Nicholas Hoult’s Beast and the new mutants Cyclops (Tye Sheridan), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Nightcrawler (Kodi Smit-McPhee). Moreover, a series of Coldwell Banker promos have also hit the web that unveil brand new footage from the highly anticipated 80s-set sequel.

So take a look at the promos below, and if you missed it, check out my very lengthy on-set interview with Singer about the film, the franchise, superhero movies, and so much more. X-Men: Apocalypse also stars Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Sophie Turner, Oscar Isaac, Ben Hardy, Rose Byrne, Olivia Munn, and Josh Helman. The film opens in theaters on May 27th.

Here’s the official synopsis for X-Men: Apocalypse:

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
