First TV Spot for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Starring Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, and Jennifer Lawrence

20th Century Fox has released the first TV spot for X-Men: Days of Future Past.  The follow-up finds Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) having his consciousness sent back to 1973 in order to help Professor X (James McAvoy), Magneto (Michael Fassbender), and the rest of the X-Men: First Class crew stop Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) and the rise of the Sentinels, giant robots programmed to exterminate mutants.  There’s a little bit in the way of new footage since there’s more finished VFX to show off, and it looks good.  There will be no shortage of mutant carnage.

        I was worried letting Singer back near X-men after how much I loved 1st Class …. but this looks damn cool … I am a X-men flip flopper I know

    I have to admit that I was very underwhelmed by the early footage that was released, but as this movie gets closer to release it continues to look better. I have little faith in Singer at this point but I think I may actually see it in the theater now at least. Hope it surpasses expectations. I think it’s pretty special that they finally brought the sentinels to the big screen.
