The first set photos of January Jones (Mad Men) as Emma Frost in X-Men: First Class have popped up online. While the costume in these images isn’t quite as revealing as the attire the character is known for in the comics, it looks like they’re definitely sticking to her wardrobe colors of white, white, and white.
Alice Eve (She’s Out of My League) was in talks to play the role, but the part ultimately went to Jones last month. The film also stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Rose Byrne, Oliver Platt, and Kevin Bacon. Directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass), X-Men: First Class is slated to open on June 3, 2011. Hit the jump to check out the images.

Here’s the official synopsis for X-Men: First Class:
X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, following the classic Marvel mythology, charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga. Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

Considering Emma Frost was originally known as The White Queen, I would hope they’d keep her in white for this film.

I smell alot of If,Suck, and Fail coming off this movie.

I think she looks awesome. The costume is perfect, from what I remember in the comics back in the 70′s.
she looks like a Bond girl. But the only dudes I want done right is Cykes & Havok,….maybe even Banshee. Siryn was in the 2nd X-Men, when the gouys broke in the mansion. Theresa Cassidy.
