J.C. Chandor's All Is Lost was a huge step forward for the Margin Call director, and so I'm incredibly excited for his latest picture, A Most Violent Year.  The first image and official synopsis have been released for the film, which is set in New York in 1981 and revolves around "an American immigrant (Oscar Isaac) and his wife (Jessica Chastain) trying to expand their business as violence and corruption threaten to destroy all they have built."  The great cast also includes Albert Brooks, Alfred Molina, and David Oyelowo.
