You’ll probably see a lot of ABCs of Death 2 exclusive images floating around the web today, but Collider really lucked out because we’ve got the honor of debuting a still from one of my favorite segments of the entire film, Bruno Samper and Kristina Buožytė’s “K is for Knell.”  The short focuses on a young woman who spots a mysterious entity hovering over the apartment complex across the street that has a sinister effect on the residents.

Hit the jump to check out our exclusive ABCs of Death 2 image and be sure to keep an eye out for more from Samper and Buožytė because we’re not done with “K is for Knell” just yet.  ABCs of Death 2 doesn’t arrive in select theaters until October 31st, but the film is available on VOD today and in honor of the debut, producers Tim League, Ant Timpson and the filmmakers are throwing a Twitter Death Party at 10pm EST tonight.  Use the hashtag #DeathParty to join in.

Here’s the official synopsis for ABCs of Death 2:

ABCs OF DEATH 2 is the follow-up to the most ambitious anthology film ever conceived with productions spanning from Nigeria to UK to Brazil and everywhere in between. It features segments directed by over two dozen of the world's leading talents in contemporary genre film. Inspired by children’s educational books, the motion picture is comprised of twenty-six individual chapters; each helmed by a different director assigned a letter of the alphabet.  The directors were then given free reign in choosing a word to create a story involving death. Provocative, shocking, funny and at times confrontational, ABCs OF DEATH 2 is another global celebration of next generation genre filmmaking.

After it’s release on home-video and especially Netflix, the first film evolved into the equivalent of a celluloid boogeyman with viewers daring each other via social media to check out the film. Others chose to play drinking games while watching with participants trying to guess what each letter stood for.

And here's the film's red band trailer:
