American Horror Story: Asylum continues to reward its fans patience by leaking teaser after teaser.  We've got three new teasers to creep you out with today, as well as a couple behind-the-scenes casting pics of some newcomers to the show.  There's also news that a former cast member will return to the second season of the FX horror anthology in a new role!

American Horror Story: Asylum, from creators Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy, stars Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Chloe Sevigny, Joseph Fiennes, James Cromwell, Adam Levine and Jenna Dewan Tatum and returns October 17th at 10pm on FX.  Hit the jump to view the new teasers and see who's returning to the cast!

Here's your last spoiler warning before we talk about a returning cast member.  It looks like Frances Conroy is set to join the Asylum.  What part will she be playing?

Well, from Murphy's Twitter account (via TV Line), Murphy said:

"Thrilled to announce Emmy nominee Frances Conroy is returning to AHS. Devils and angels this year...Frannie plays the ultimate angel."
