People love the video game Angry Birds and they love Super Bowl ads so Fox is hoping that love spills over to their upcoming animated film Rio.  In an inventive bit of marketing, the 4th quarter of Sunday's Super Bowl XLV will have an ad for the upcoming Angry Birds Rio game.  The ad will include a code that will unlock a secret level in Angry Birds.  The LA Times reports that the unlockable level will also "take Angry Birds users to a Rio sweepstakes, which features a prize of a trip to the "Rio" movie world premiere in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on March 22 -- the same day the Angry Birds Rio game launches."  If you miss the ad during the game, it will be posted on YouTube after it airs on TV.

Rio is due out in 3D on April 15th.  The film features the voices of Jesse Eisenberg, Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx, will.i.am, Tracy Morgan, George Lopez, Jane Lynch, Wanda Sykes, Leslie Mann, Jermanine Clement, and Rodrigo Santoro.  Hit the jump for a synopsis of the film.

Here's the official synopsis for Rio:

RIO is a 3-D animation feature from the makers of the "Ice Age" films. Set in the magnificent city of Rio de Janeiro and the lush rainforest of Brazil, the comedy-adventure centers on Blu, a rare macaw who thinks he is the last of his kind. When Blu discovers there's another - and that she's a she - he leaves the comforts of his cage in small town Minnesota and heads to Rio. But it's far from love at first sight between the domesticated and flight-challenged Blu and the fiercely independent, high-flying female, Jewel. Unexpectedly thrown together, they embark on an adventure of a lifetime, where they learn about friendship, love, courage, and being open to life's many wonders. RIO brings together a menagerie of vivid characters, a heart-warming story, colorful backdrops, energizing Latin and contemporary music, and family-friendly song and dance.
