Annabelle Comes Home, the third installment of New Line Cinema’s hugely successful Annabelle films, stars the infamous sinister doll from the Conjuring universe. Screenwriter Gary Dauberman (The Nun, IT, Annabelle films) helms his first feature in the $1.5 billion Conjuring franchise. The new horror film is once again being produced by Conjuring universe creator James Wan through his Atomic Monster production company, and by Peter Safran, who has produced all the films, through The Safran Company. Recently, Wan shared the first teaser art for Annabelle Comes Home, so check it out to see how many Conjuring Universe Easter eggs you can find.

Annabelle Comes Home stars McKenna Grace as Judy; Madison Iseman as her babysitter, Mary Ellen; and Katie Sarife as troubled friend Daniela; with Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprising their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren. Dauberman also wrote the screenplay from a story by Wan & Dauberman. From New Line Cinema, the film is set to open in theaters June 28th and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.

In the poster below, you can see the title terror/doll front and center (complete with a sign that reads "Positively [Do Not Open]" and the presumed "seal" that bolsters the mechanical lock to keep her imprisoned), but there are other Conjuring nuggets scattered throughout. There's the infamous music box and the creepy toy monkey, and the color projection wheel (which I can't quite place where/when it was used), along with religious paraphernalia and the requisite skulls. Also included here is the 60s-era Milton-Bradley board game "Feeley Meeley", though its meaning escapes me; maybe it'll factor into the story this summer!

Here's the official synopsis for Annabelle Comes Home:

Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target—the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends.
