Marvel's been doing quite a bit of marketing in order to promote Peyton Reed's Ant-Man so far, and a round of international posters for the film is just the latest installment. Star Paul Rudd sports a variety of looks in these posters, from lone action hero, to the "hero under a bridge" cast collage, to my favorite Vertigo-looking "Man-Ant" version from Russia. It certainly remains to be seen just how good this film is and just where it will fall in Marvel's Cinematic Universe, both narratively and in terms of box office and critical reception. I'm sure the studio is hoping their smallest hero becomes their mightiest surprise.

Also starring Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Corey Stoll as Darren Cross aka Yellowjacket, Bobby Cannavale as Paxton, Michael Peña as Luis, Judy Greer as Maggie, Tip “Ti” Harris as Dave, David Dastmalchian as Kurt, Wood Harris as Gale, and Jordi Mollà as Castillo, Ant-Man opens Stateside July 17th.
