With Shrek Forever After opening this weekend, DreamWorks Animation recently held a press day and I was able to attend a press conference with the entire cast.  While I'll be posting the write-up in the next day or so, our partners at Omelete landed a TV spot with Antonio Banderas, and they sent me to interview him.  So a big thank you to them for making this interview happen.

During the interview we of course talked about Shrek Forever After, but Banderas also told me a lot about the upcoming Puss In Boots solo movie.  He said the film is inspired by Sergio Leone and Sam Peckinpah movies from the 60's and it has split screens and zooms.  He went on to say it's going to look like a Quentin Tarantino movie.  Hit the jump to check out the interview:
