Apparently this is the week that all of the big 2015 releases complete principal photography.  Kate Mara marked then end of The Fantastic Four filming with an image of her and her three other fellow superheroes, director Colin Trevorrow celebrated the conclusion of Jurassic World’s shoot with a dead dino image, and now Joss Whedon has gotten in on the fun with Avengers: Age of Ultron.  It appears that the Marvel sequel has now completed principal photography, as Whedon tweeted out an Avengers: Age of Ultron set image earlier today of himself with the swell caption “What the hell do I do now?”  Obviously the answer is dive headfirst into the post-production process until next May, but I will be curious to see if Whedon renews his Marvel contract (which ends in 2015) and sticks around for Avengers 3.

Hit the jump to check out the Avengers: Age of Ultron set image from Whedon.  The film stars Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Samuel L. Jackson, James Spader, Cobie Smulders, Paul Bettany, and Don CheadleAvengers: Age of Ultron opens in theaters on May 1, 2015.
