Fox and Stoltz' footage became the stuff of Hollywood lore.  While the upcoming Back to the Future Trilogy Blu-ray doesn't offer an in-depth look at the scenes Stoltz did, there's a new documentary that does take some time to explore what happened and why Zemeckis ultimately chose to reshoot five weeks worth of footage with a different actor.
