We are now exactly one week away from the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and to mark the occasion, the full score for the film is now available to stream online. So if you’re someone who simply cannot wait for the film and wants a tease in the form of the movie’s soundtrack, out of context, then this is yours for the taking.

Director Zack Snyder brought back Man of Steel composer Hans Zimmer for the follow-up, but not wanting to infringe upon his work with Christopher Nolan on The Dark Knight trilogy, Zimmer opted to enlist collaborator Junkie XL to co-compose the score with him, with the aim of having Junkie XL craft the new Batman theme so Zimmer didn’t have to. However, during Steve’s lengthy chat with the two composers about BvS, Zimmer revealed that he ultimately couldn’t help himself and ended up working on the new Batman theme anyway:

“Originally, my plan was — and this is really the truth — ‘Oh yeah, it’s going to be easy, I got that Superman theme, and I'm going to make my friend Tom here write the new Batman theme.' And then, I think if I really look back on it, I couldn’t entirely let go. So we had to do it together.”

So as you’ll hear in the stream below, Zimmer co-composed the Batman suite “Men Are Still Good” with Junkie XL, marking his fourth time working with the Caped Crusader. And boy is it a 180 from his work on the Nolan films.

Take a listen to the full score below as we count down the days until Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which opens in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on March 25th.
