We immediately get to see a couple of the new dungeons that will be in the update during the trailer. We then see some action of the player taking out what appears to be guards in various ways. This includes taking them out with various weapons, throwing them around with your magic, and even making a plunge with one to make them take the fall for you. At the end, we get to see a little bit of parkour as the player tries to swing between lamps, and the player enjoying a drink with a chicken that appears to be their pet.

Blade and Sorcery is a sandbox game set in a medieval fantasy that's built for VR. While the game does not feature any kind of story, you are able to hold back waves of enemies using swordplay, magic, and ranged combat. The game takes full advantage of realistic physics, meaning hitboxes are precise for collisions, objects have the weight that's appropriate to them, and blades can penetrate soft materials and deflect magic.

While Blade and Sorcery was released in 2018, it is still in the early access period and is still being actively updated to include new features. WarpFrog has plans to continue updating the game even further, with a plan to add interactable items, looting, and an inventory system in Updates 11 and 12. They also intend on adding shops to buy equipment from, as well as the ability to equip armor and even utilize a skill tree.

Update 10 for Blade and Sorcery will launch on October 24, 2021. The game is available on Steam, but requires an Oculus Rift VR set in order to play it. Check out the trailer for the game below:
