Because we desperately need more vampire movies, Warner Bros. has just acquired a new vampire project called Blood Wars. The film is described as a “radical reinvention” of the vampire mythology we’ve come to know. The story takes place in a world run by vampires, where humans act as the creatures’ slaves. The Wrap reports that Blood Wars will focus on a group of humans who lead an uprising in hopes of toppling the vast vampire-run world. It’s like if dogs decided they wanted to overthrow humans; they’d totally have a chance of winning. The script is being written by Dalan Musson, based on a story by Chad St. John and Blacklight Transmedia.
