Shudder has dropped the trailer for Season 4 of the groundbreaking reality drag competition The Boulet Brothers' Dragula, which teases the drama-filled spookfest to come. We get a brief glimpse of the "Uglies" we'll be getting to know throughout each episode and a look at some of the guests brought on to help judge. Season 4 starts on October 19 with new episodes releasing on Shudder every Tuesday afterward.

The trailer is bathed in horror, from the Boulet Brothers' cavalcade of terrifying yet elegant dresses to the creepy, grimy, and dimly lit backdrops for the competition. For all the horror on display, the drama takes a front-row seat as we see glimpses of infighting and backstabbing all while the Brothers hand out scathing judgments. As per usual, those who lose in the challenges given to them are subject to grotesque, horrifying tests to prove their mettle and, should they fail there, are "killed" in a dramatic, gory fashion.

The Boulet Brothers' Dragula breaks the mold of traditional drag race competitions with the specific theme of horror and celebrating underground, diverse drag artists. This season, ten wholly unique drag artists will have the chance to compete for $100,000, the largest prize in show history, all while showing off their fashion takes on horror. Season 4 will have one of the show's most diverse casts yet, featuring the first ever trans contestant in the main show's history, the first international-based Korean artist, and an AFAB (Assigned Female at Birth) contestant. The Boulet Brothers released a full rundown of the monsters we'll be meeting in the upcoming season on their YouTube channel.

Moreover, Season 4 has a star-studded slate of guest judges appearing on the show, several of whom we're given a glimpse of in the trailer. The guests confirmed to appear in Season 4 include actors Vanessa Hudgens, Harvey Guillén, Kristian Nairn, Ray Santiago, and Misha Osherovich along with queer country music star Orville Peck, pop metal artist Poppy, and drag superstar Bob the Drag Queen. In the trailer, Hudgens even called back to her appearance on RuPaul's Drag Race, closing out the trailer with the line, "I'm so into blood right now."

The Boulet Brothers wrote and produced the competition with the help of executive producer David Sigurani and director Nathan Noyles. Season 4 of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula premieres Tuesday, October 19 on Shudder, with new episodes to follow every Tuesday.
