Brett Ratner is planning to shoot Tower Heist starring Ben Stiller this November in New York.  Deadline reports that Stiller, who replaced Eddie Murphy back in February when the film was called "Trump Heist", will star as an "overworked manager of a luxury building who, along with other staff, lost their pensions to a Bernie Madoff-like Wall Street crook. It so happens that the fraudster is being held under house arrest in the luxury penthouse apartment upstairs, and the manager and four cohorts figure a heist will make them whole."

The film spent four years in development hell and originally starred Murphy, along with Chris Rock and Chris Tucker, as a group of guys trying to rob Donald Trump.  Tower Heist would be Ratner's first film since 2007's Rush Hour 3.  He hopes to follow the film his long-in-development Hugh Hefner biopic, Playboy.
