In advance of their full Fall schedule debut CBS just renewed a whole slew of programing, picking up nine dramas, one comedy, and three reality series for their 2015-16 lineup. The network also axed three series, Stalker, The McCarthys and Battle Creek, which was unofficially cancelled last week.
The Odd Couple emerges as CBS's sole comedy renewal. On the drama side, The Good Wife, Criminal Minds, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Person of Interest, Hawaii Five-0, Elementary, Blue Bloods and CSI: Cyber all scored new seasons. On the reality front, Survivor, The Undercover Boss and The Amazing Race have also been renewed.
The pickups join the previously announced renewals for The Big Bang Theory, Mike & Molly, Madam Secretary, NCIS: New Orleans, Mom, Scorpion and 2 Broke Girls.
Last week, CBS ordered several new shows, announcing orders for series adaptations of Rush Hour and Limitless, as well as a Criminal Minds spinoff, Marti Noxon's medical drama Code Black, the Jane Lynch led comedy Angel from Hell and the family ensemble Life in Pieces.
