The first trailer for director Fredrik Bond’s film Charlie Country has been released online.  Shia LaBeouf and Evan Rachel Wood stars as a couple who meet under strange circumstances and have an impossibly strong mutual attraction, much to the chagrin of Wood’s dangerous husband (Mads Mikkelsen).  The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year to fairly negative reviews, with many likening the pic to a feature-length music video.  Bond has made some edits to the pic since Sundance, so it’ll be interesting to see how the finished film stacks up.  This trailer highlights the meet-cute of the central couple, Wood’s odd Romanian accent, and Rupert Grint taking lots of drugs.
