However, the project for one reason or another has never gotten off the ground and recently with Relativity Media going into bankruptcy, the future of the planned reboot has never looked more bleak. But according to The Crow comic creator James O’Barr, the reboot will absolutely happen. While on a recent panel O’Barr said the following: “The company, Pressman Films, that owns The Crow film and TV rights, licensed it to a studio named Relativity. And Relativity made like a hundred bad movies and lost money so now they’re in financial trouble. So the producers are just going to take it to another studio if Relativity can’t get backing again. It’s going to happen. I talked to Pressman Films a couple of weeks ago and they said within two or three weeks, we should have it placed at a new studio. Because the day Relativity announced that they were having financial problems, there were like a dozen other studios that called about getting The Crow property. It definitely will happen.” From Thor to receptionist. As many of you know actor Chris Hemsworth is currently shooting the new upcoming Ghostbusters film in which he will play the receptionist for the all female team. However, a new image has appeared online with Hemsworth in the new Ghostbusters jumpsuit which may suggest he’ll be more involved in the film than first thought. Ghostbusters hits theatres on July 15th 2016. BUY OR SELL victor-frankenstein-poster

Warner Bros has announced that a new animated Scooby-Doo film will hit theatres on September 21st 2018. The film will be produced by the live action Scooby-Doo producers Charles Roven and Richard Suckle and Fantastic Mr Fox producer Allison Abbate. As Jon Schnepp anxiously awaits the upcoming 6th installment of the Resident Evil franchise, actress Ali Larter recently said in an interview with IGN that this will indeed be the final film of the franchise. Larter said the following: “I know it is. We are not allowed to say one thing. I am held to secrecy, but what I can tell you is that the script is amazing. They’re really wrapping up the whole series, so that just makes it a little more poignant. To be able to come back and reprise my role as Claire and my relationship with Alice, with Umbrella Corp. — you know, I’m excited to get back in it. I think the fans are just going to be beyond excited.” OPENING THIS WEEK (brought to you by AMC Theatres) Hitman: Agent 47 - Genetically engineered from conception to be the perfect killing machine, he's the culmination of decades of research, endowed with unprecedented strength, speed, stamina and intelligence. MAIL BAG Darth Invincible writes: Hey Guys. Great show I never miss it. I recently saw some of the fan art for Ronda Rousey’s bid to play Captain Marvel and they were actually quite stunning and she definitely fits the build. Only issue is… homegirl just can’t act, but then I thought neither could Channing Tatutm until a few years ago. My question is do you think given enough experience with her upcoming film projects, she may be ready to put on a decent enough play for the role. Keep up the great work. Billy Joe writes: With all the leaked footage from Comic con this year, how did D23 keep its footage from leaking. It took only minutes at Comic Con to see the Deadpool video but as of right now I have not seen a single picture of the Jungle Book. Thanks and Keep up the great work.
