Deadline reports that Peña will join Russell's untitled picture based on the true story of two con artists who were forced to work with a federal agent to turn the tables on other cons, mobsters, and politicians in the 1970s.  Peña will next be seen in Diego Luna's Cesar Chavez biopic Chavez and is currently filming a voice role for DreamWorks Animations Turbo.
