New images have been released from Atom Egoyan's Devil's Knot.  The film stars Reese Witherspoon and Colin Firth and follows the true story of the West Memphis 3 case, in which three teenagers were wrongfully charged with murdering three young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas in the 1990s.  The new images provide a first look at Firth, who plays Ron Lax, a private investigator hired to look into the case.  Devil's Knot will be making its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival, and it will be one of the higher-profile pictures due to the Oscar-winning lead actors and the subject matter.  Adam doesn't believe that the picture will be entering this year's crowded awards field, and unless it breaks out big at TIFF, I agree with him.
