Dangerous New Stormtrooper in Episode VIII?
The Star Wars universe is full of villains. From the infamous Darth Vader to the more underrated Grand Moff Tarkin, there’s no doubt that this universe have some great bad guys. Although, while stormtroopers look menacing, they don’t necessarily have the best track record, hence the poor aim. However, when it comes to Episode VIII, we may see a very different kind of stormtrooper known as The Executioner. Similar to FN-2199 seen in The Force Awakens, this stormtrooper will support an all new look and deadly weapon.

Rogue One will take place some time between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. Of course, Darth Vader’s presence has been known for sometime but that doesn’t mean other characters in the Star Wars universe can or will pop up in the spin-off film. Considering the time period Rogue One takes place in, it seems as though Grand Moff Tarkin himself will be making an appearance.
Gareth Edwards Talks About Krennic
One aspect about Rogue One that seems to be more fascinating than most is the character Krennic, played by Ben Mendelsohn. While not much is known about the films main antagonist, Gareth Edwards spoke with USA Today about the character. In the interview, he says that even though Krennic holds power in the Empire, it does not mean he is necessarily in the club he wants to be in and at some point, that brings him to a halt.

The Millennium Falcon is without a doubt one of the most iconic things about the Star Wars universe. However, how Solo obtained the Falcon is a different story. According to The Hollywood Reporter, we may get the chance to see how exactly Han Solo won the Falcon in the upcoming Young Han Solo spin-off film.
Daisy Ridley Talks About Rey’s Lineage in Episode VIII
One of the bigger mysteries in The Force Awakens surround the lineage of Rey and her overall origin story. How is she so powerful with the force? How did she end up on Jakku? Who are her parents? In an interview with Vulture, Daisy Ridley danced around many of these questions by simply telling people to hold on just a bit longer for the release of the new film in Episode VIII.
