Richard Linklater's "spiritual sequel" to Dazed and Confused stars Blake Jenner, Will Brittain, Temple Baker and Tanner Kalina as college freshman and the newest members of the Southeast Texas University baseball team. But they've still got a whole three days ahead of them before classes start. With some help from the upperclassmen, the team newbies make the rounds and party as much as possible before the school year kicks off.

I was lucky enough to catch the world premiere of Everybody Wants Some at SXSW and Linklater doesn't disappoint. The film really does rock the same fun-loving vibe as Dazed and Confused. He envelops you in the 1980s college setting and fills it with kooky and delightful characters. The movie clocks in at just under two hours, but when it wraps up, you'll wish you can hang and party some more, which will likely give the film the same re-watchable quality as its spiritual predecessor.

You can get a taste of the frat-like antics coming your way in our exclusive Everybody Wants Some clip featuring Baker, Kalina and Tyler Hoechlin as McReynolds, the team captain who really doesn't like losing. Check that out below and, in case you missed it, click here for my full review. Everybody Wants Some hits select theaters on March 30th and expands on April 8th. The movie also stars Zoey Deutch, Glen Powell, J. Quentin Johnson, Austin Amelio, Juston Street and Wyatt Russell.
