Get Low movie image Bill Murray - slice.jpg

Over the last week I've posted tons of new images from all the movies premiering at this year's Toronto Film Festival. While I thought I was done, this morning I was able to snag a few new images from "Get Low" and "Mother and Child". Both films have great casts, and Bill Murray is in "Get Low", which means you should care about it. What can I say, huge fan. Anyway, after the jump check out the images along with synopsis' for both films.

GET LOW

A big-hearted Southern yarn, GET LOW is a movie spun out of equal parts folk tale, fable and real-life legend about the mysterious, 1930s Tennessee hermit who famously threw his own rollicking funeral party . . . while he was still alive.  Robert Duvall, Bill Murray, Sissy Spacek and Lucas Black form an ensemble of unforgettable characters who bring to life the surprising last act of Felix Bush.  A life-long "wild man" and misfit, Felix has been nearly swallowed up by the power of his town's sinister myths about him - until he finds the courage on his own "funeral day" to make a shocking confession about why he turned away from society.  The result is a comic, poignant, at times haunting tale about the snowballing nature of secrets, stories and heartbreak - and the redemption of telling the truth

MOTHER AND CHILD

From writer-director Rodrigo Garcia (Nine Lives) and executive producer Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu (Babel) comes the moving story of three women (Annette Bening, Naomi Watts and Kerry Washington) and the power of the unbreakable bond between mother and child.  Produced by Lisa Falcone and Julie Lynn, MOTHER AND CHILD also stars Samuel L. Jackson, Jimmy Smits, Shareeka Epps, Cherry Jones, and S. Epatha Merkerson.
