If you wanted to see more of the epic battle that takes place in Hardhome, well you're in luck! David Benioff and D.B. Weiss offer up more behind-the-scenes looks at the massacre of the Free Folk at the hands of the Others. It's hard to believe, but in earlier drafts of the script this sequence was supposed to be even larger. As it was, the set was practically built, took place both on land and water, and required over 200 extras, some of whom were from the metal band, Mastodon:
