Woo boy, 2019 is going to be a Drogon-sized year for the folks over at the Home Box Office, as clearly demonstrated by a new preview released by the premium network that offers glimpses of everything coming down the pipeline. There are numerous highlights, for sure, but the most noteworthy as always is some new footage from Game of Thrones' eighth and final season. While it's always hard to trust pre-premiere footage because HBO's secret-keeping trickery knows no bounds, I think it's safe to say that what we're seeing here is Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) seeing Daenerys Targaryen's dragons in the flesh for the first time.

The rapid-fire preview also features a new peek at Damon Lindelof's not-quite-an-adaptation of Alan Moore's Watchmen. Not a ton to report there, outside the objective fact that Jeremy Irons is going to absolutely own as an aged Ozymandias. For the OG HBO fans out there, there is also the very first footage from the Deadwood movie, which sees the triumphant mustachioed return of Timothy Olyphant's lawman, Seth Bullock.

On the new series front, there's a tasty tease of The Righteous Gemstones, the televangelist comedy created by Danny McBride and co-starring John Goodman and Adam DeVine. That's followed up by Years and Years, the drama starring Oscar-winner Emma Thompson as a radical celebrity turned politician.

Check out the video below, which also features previews for Big Little Lies season 2 (shoutout to Meryl Streep's hair), Veep's final season, Barry season 2, Succession season 2, and more. Check out a longer look at the upcoming His Dark Materials series right here.
