Sony Pictures has unveiled a new Ghostbusters trailer for director Paul Feig’s upcoming reboot. The redo stars Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, and Leslie Jones as a team of women who band together in order to fend off paranormal activity in New York City, and they quickly become the city’s only hope when a slew of ghosts descend upon the Big Apple.

What’s most impressive about this new trailer is the visuals that Feig has conjured. Technology has certainly advanced since Ivan Reitman's 1984 original, but it’s nice to see that the Spy and Bridesmaids filmmaker is also keen on making this look good. Working with Wes Anderson’s longtime cinematographer and Oscar-winner Robert D. Yeoman, the two conjure some spectacular imagery here, and I love the use of color as it pertains to the ghosts.

There are some solid jokes to be found in this new trailer, but the footage also ups the scare factor and includes some major reveals as it pertains to one character in particular. While that specific plot point could've been implied from the previous trailers, if you're looking to go in as clean as possible, I might suggest avoiding this new trailer.

There's also the return of Slimer to be found, featuring a pretty great redesign, as well as a brief glimpse at another triumphant reprisal that we all saw coming, but is exciting nonetheless. While I haven’t been bowled over by the comedy just yet, I'm still really looking forward to this reboot based on pedigree alone.

Check out the new Ghostbusters trailer below. The film also stars Chris Hemsworth, Cecily Strong, Andy Garcia, and Michael K. Williams. Ghostbusters opens in theaters on July 15th.

Here’s the official synopsis for Feig’s Ghostbusters:
