I'm both surprised and encouraged that I've heard so many people excited for Godzilla.  I assumed it would be a bit of a hard sell since some folks would be skeptical after the horrible 1998 adaptation, and the popular conception that the Japanese movies are cheesy (the original 1954 Godzilla is actually pretty terrifying).  But it looks like the marketing has done its job, and I have high hopes for director Gareth Edwards' take on the iconic monster.

I'm pleased to announce we're giving away 25 pairs of passes to the Atlanta screening of Godzilla.  Hit the jump to find out how you can see the movie early and for free.  The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, Sally Hawkins, David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe, and Bryan CranstonGodzilla opens in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on May 16th.
