The Whispers, "Whatever It Takes" (ABC, 10 p.m.) - This mysterious, intermittently tense series continues with Wes (Barry Sloane) and the President (Martin Cummins) discussing the fate of the rock, while members of the President's family are targeted. The weirdness continues!
UnReal, "Savior" (Lifetime, 10 p.m.) - The cast and crew must come to terms with some hard truths in the wake of an on-set tragedy in the latest episode of Lifetime's single legitimate program.

Tyrant, "A Viper in the Palace" (FX, 10 p.m.) - FX's slightly underrated political melodrama continues to chart the converse lives of the two scion's of Abbudin's late, all-powerful dictator, with Jamal (Ashraf Barhom) continuing to clash with his military advisers and Barry's (Adam Rayner) new life as a loner peasant in a small village far away from the palace threatened.

Mr. Robot, "eps1.3_da3m0ns.mp4" (USA, 10 p.m.) - A major operation is about to be undertaken, but Elliott's (Rami Malek), er, let's call them issues put everything that's been worked for at risk. Imagine that, a hacker with inner demons.
Deutschland '83, "Cold Fire" (Sundance TV, 11 p.m.) - The front calls again as Martin is ordered back to East Berlin, though his attentions are first and foremost on delivering an enigmatic parcel while he's still in West Berlin. Bet that's the first time you've ever heard of something secretive happening in reference to the Berlin Wall.

Hannibal, "Digestivo" (NBC, 10 p.m.) - Following the rather harrowing happening in "Dolce," Will (Hugh Dancy) and Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) are captured by Italian police and brought in to discuss what's happened in Florence. Meanwhile, they await Mason's (Joe Anderson) final plans, which Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) launches a counter-attack against. All the while, the Red Dragon awaits!
Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll, Series Premiere "Don't Wanna Die Anonymous" (FX, 10 p.m.) - In the season premiere of this latest Denis Leary vehicle from FX, following his dark firefighter melodrama Rescue Me, an aging rock star attempts to get his band back together in the wake of the reunion of the Afghan Whigs, one of the 1990s great, underrated indie rock bands. Look for Leary's usual sweetheart sense of humor to be on display.
Married, Season 2 Premiere "Thanksgiving" (FX, 10:30 p.m.) - The titular holiday has more than a few curveballs to throw Lina (Judy Greer) and Russ (Nat Faxon) in the season 2 premiere of this frequently hilarious comedy.

Hell on Wheels, Season 5 Premiere "Chinatown" (AMC, 9 p.m.) - The final season of this intermittently entertaining period action-drama starts off in California, where Cullen, played by the imposing Anson Mount, has joined up with the Central Pacific Railroad. I'm sure this will go swimmingly and not lead to any violence whatsoever.
Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norell, "The Black Tower" (BBC America, 10 p.m.) - This often funny, fantastical drama's latest episode finds Strange (Bertie Carvel) in Venice, hoping to catch a bit of madness so that he can gain fairy magic in a bid to resurrect his wife, but unleashes a curse in the process. Sounds like a pretty normal Saturday.

Welcome to Sweden, Season 2 Premiere "Flash Mob/Frieret" (NBC, 8 p.m.) The Season 2 opener of this amiable comedy, from the Poehler siblings, sees Bruce (Greg Poehler) planning to put a ring on Emma's (Josephine Bornebusch) hand, despite not getting the okay from his (hopefully) future in-laws. Rookie mistake.
True Detective, "Other Lives" (HBO, 9 p.m.) - After the slaughter that resulted from our detectives trying to take in big-league suspect Amarillo, new question begin to pop up about what exactly Casper was into before he was killed off.
