First up from Daily Mail (via The Playlist) is word that Mirren is in talks to star in The Golden Lady as "Maria Altmann, a Jewish refugee who, in her 80s, took on a government to recover art treasures she believed rightfully belonged to her family," among them Gustav Klimt's "The Lady In Gold, Portrait Of Adele Bloch-Bauer I, itself worth over $130 million dollars."  Perhaps The Monuments Men is about to set off a new film trend of do-gooders rescuing precious works of art, continuing with The Golden Lady.

Heat Vision has Alba in negotiations to star with Jane in The Veil, a microbudget picture from Blumhouse that centers on "members of a religious cult known as Heaven's Veil who take their own lives. The truth behind what really happened remains buried deep in the memory of the sole survivor, a five-year-old girl, who returns to the compound with a documentary crew as an adult. They soon discover something that is far more terrifying than anything they could have imagined."  No descriptions of the roles have been released just yet.  The Veil is planning to start production this April.

Deadline reports that Snow will return for Pitch Perfect 2 as the a cappella singer, Chloe.  Written by returning screenwriter Kay Cannon, the sequel is set to open May 15, 2015.

Finally, The Wrap has Dourif set to star in Origami Fox, which marks the feature film debut of Sauvarin.  Described as being in line with Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan and David Fincher’s The Game, Origami Fox is "set in a world of opulence where nothing is as it seems.  Dourif will play Brea, a young girl seeking revenge in the aftermath of death as the world around her unravels, revealing horrifying secrets about her life and family."
