Netflix has unveiled a new teaser trailer for the third and final season of Hemlock Grove. From executive producer Eli Roth, the Netflix original series follows the machinations, family drama, and romantic liaisons of the werewolves, vampires and other variety of monsters that inhabit the titular town. Season 1 showed promise, but was a bit of a bore, but Season 2 corrected course by embracing the far-out nature of the show's story, and that made for a singularly strange viewing experience that ending on the most WTF cliffhanger I've ever seen.

Hemlock Grove stars Landon Liboiron, Bill Skarsgard, Famke Janssen, Madeline Martin and Madeline Brewer, and will wrap up "The Final Chapter" with a 10-episode third season, set to debut on October 23rd. Check out the teaser below.

Speaking about Hemlock Grove's final season, executive producer Chic Eglee previously said, "Knowing it will be our last, gives us the opportunity to go out in a mushroom cloud of clever and soul shattering mayhem." The trailer seems to deliver on that promise. Why is Roman hanging out in room lined with blood bags? Why is there a room lined with blood bags at all? Doesn't matter. It's exactly the kind of trademark weirdness I've come to love about the series, and I'm excited to see what else the final season has in store. Hopefully, that includes some answers about the Season 2 finale, because honestly, what in sweet fuck was that?

Hemlock Grove Season 3 debuts October 23rd, 2015 on Netflix.
