If it’s a big-screen shoot-em-up you’re looking for, then start counting the days until Hitman: Agent 47 hits theaters. Director Aleksander Bach’s film highlights the title assassin as he uncovers hidden truths about his genetically engineered origins and uses his skills to stop a mega-corporation from unleashing an army of trained killers. It sounds bonkers, and if the videos released so far are any indication, then audiences are in for one helluva ride.
Starring Rupert Friend in the title role, with Zachary Quinto, Hannah Ware, Ciarán Hinds, and Thomas Kretschmann, Hitman: Agent 47 opens in theaters August 21st.
