During last night's Oscars, Netflix aired another brief House of Cards trailer.  Like the previous trailers, we're only getting tiny glimpses and hints of what's to come. In terms of concrete information, this new trailer only lets us know that Frank's presidential campaign will be part of the story since we can see an "Underwood 2016" banner in the background of a brief shot.  But mostly, all of the trailers are working to let us know that the deteriorating relationship between Frank and Claire will likely be the crux of the third (and perhaps final) season.
