The end is nigh for The Hunger Games, the dystopian death-game franchise that brought Jennifer Lawrence to prominence and helped make YA adaptations one of Hollywood's hottest commodities, especially in the wake of the Harry Potter series. We're only about two months away from the bow of Francis Lawrence's The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, which will see Katniss Everdeen (Lawrence) finally lead the revolution for District 13 against the evil Capitol, led by a no-less evil Donald Sutherland. In anticipation for the film's November 20th release, Lionsgate has released a new trailer and poster for the final film in the series, featuring Katniss in her crimson body-armor suit, with the titular bird perched on her shoulder. Lawrence took to Facebook to premiere the new poster, and announced that tickets will be on sale for the final Hunger Games film on October 1st.

Take a look at the new Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 poster below:

And here's the new trailer for the film as well:

Mockingjay - Part 2 is undoubtedly the most anticipated film for Lawrence in the coming months, but her dance card is quite full at present. Not only is she in early talks to re-team with Francis Lawrence for the Russian spy-work thriller Red Sparrow, she's also currently working with Amy Schumer on an untitled script for an upcoming comedy for the duo to co-star in. Of course, she's also currently anticipated to get another Oscar nomination for her upcoming titular role in David O. Russell's hotly anticipated Joy, and will return to the role of Mystique in X-Men: Apocalypse next May. Beyond that even, the irrepressible star has lined up projects with the great Richard Linklater (The Rosie Project) and Steven Spielberg, who is set to direct her in It's What I Do, based on photographer Lynsey Addario's memoir, recounting her time being held by the Libyan army in 2011. So, yeah, pretty busy lady.
