New set photos from Jack Ryan have leaked online.  They show how Liverpool has been converted into Moscow.  The photos also show the eponymous hero (Chris Pine) rescuing his wife played by Keira Knightley.  I know the new film is supposed to be a reboot of the franchise, but if this took place after Clear and Present Danger, Ryan's wife would have pretty good grounds for divorce considering she thought marrying a bland CIA analyst wouldn't put her life in constant danger.  However, in the new film, Ryan is an ex-Marine who now works as a Moscow-based financial analyst who uncovers a plot by his employer to finance a terrorist attack designed to collapse the U.S. economy.  It's an elaborate way to tank the U.S. economy when mega-banks will probably take care of that on their own.

Hit the jump to check out the set photos.  In other Jack Ryan news, Blackfilm reports Nonso Anozie (Game of Thrones) has joined the cast, but there's no word on who he'll play.  The film also stars Kevin Costner and Kenneth Branagh.  Jack Ryan is due out December 25, 2013.
