Marvel has released another brief Jessica Jones trailer, and yet again found another clever way to highlight her superpowers but on a low-end scale. These teasers are showing she’s an everyday superhero even more so than Daredevil, who was heavy into martial arts and had a distinctive, albeit simple costume for the majority of the season. By comparison, Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) smashes alarm clocks, finishes bar brawls, and as you’ll see from this trailer, doesn’t have the patience for stairs. Marvel is selling a bit of hard-edged irreverence here, and I hope that carries over to the final show so that Netflix’s latest superhero series will have a personality that’s distinct from Daredevil while still being able to share the same neighborhood.

Check out the new Jessica Jones trailer below. All episodes will premiere November 20, 2015 at 12:01am PT in all territories where Netflix is available; the series stars David Tennant (Kilgrave), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty, and Wil Traval.
