First up from THR comes word that Knightley will produce and star in The Other Typist.  Set in 1920s New York, "the novel revolves around Rose, a lonely and isolated typist in a police precinct, who strikes up a friendship with a beautiful and mysterious co-worker who introduces her to a glamorous and forbidden underworld."  Next up for Knightley is Paramount's Jack Ryan, starring Chris Pine in the title role and set for a Christmas release.

Speaking of Pine, The Wrap reports that Hasselhoff, Liotta and Toub will join Stretch, which sees the Star Trek actor playing a "reclusive billionaire with deviant appetites."  Wilson stars in the title role, a limo driver who's down on his luck and sees this new client as a way to pay off his gambling debts.  Stretch bends to the billionaire's every request in hopes of landing a big tip, but the night goes from strange to dangerous to deadly as the trip progresses.

Toub will play "the no-nonsense owner of the limo company that employs Stretch, while Liotta and Hasselhoff are expected to cameo as themselves" according to the write-up.  Stretch also stars James Badge Dale and Brooklyn Decker. Universal will release in North America on March 21, 2014, with production to begin June 30 in Los Angeles.
