Earlier today I got to interview Kristen Stewart as she was out promoting her new film The Yellow Handkerchief.  Here are some clips and images from the movie.  In the coming days, expect a lot more on the film.

Anyway, as you might imagine when talking to Kristen Stewart, eventually you start to talk about Twilight.  While it's hard to ask original questions as she's been asked everything imaginable, I asked her thoughts on Twilight possibly going 3D and does she want The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn to be two movies.  Hit the jump for more:

The thing to know is I did two interviews with Stewart today.  The first one was a TV interview and the second was a roundtable interview with a few other journalists.  During the TV portion I asked a question that came from a twitter follower named Amanda and it was her thoughts on Twilight possibly going 3D.  Here's what she had to say:

Then, a few hours later, I did the roundtable interview and Stewart said Breaking Dawn is probably going to start filming in November and she's unsure if it will be one film or two.  But she did say:

"the story so completely warrants two films and it would suck to have to...it would be really disappointing to have to be able to just go, 'Okay, we have to lose this sequence and this scene and this sequence and this scene.' So I would like to do two movies but I really, to be perfectly honest, don't know what they're going to do."

Here's the actual transcript of what she said on Breaking Dawn.  I tried to find our if she was contracted for just one more movie or two...she said she didn't know.

Question: Do you not expect Breaking Dawn to tie up your schedule?

Kristen Stewart: That, probably November but I don't know if it's going to be one or two.

Why wouldn't they?

KS: Yeah, sure, that would be a...

Are you contracted for two movies or just one? Maybe they can't make two.

KS: I don't know. I don't know actually. I can't imagine that they wouldn't want... the story so completely warrants two films and it would suck to have to...it would be really disappointing to have to be able to just go, 'Okay, we have to lose this sequence and this scene and this sequence and this scene.' So I would like to do two movies but I really, to be perfectly honest, don't know what they're going to do.

Finally, while I got at least 200 emails with great questions to ask Stewart about Twilight, she was promoting The Yellow Handkerchief and it's really hard to spend too much time on other films.  But with Stewart doing more press for The Runaways next month, I'd expect a lot more updates soon.
