I’ve got a few questions for you. Are you a LEGO fan? Do you love seeing movies in IMAX? Does the idea of seeing The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part before it’s in theaters followed by participating in a Q&A with Phil Lord, Chris Miller and director Mike Mitchell sound awesome? And, finally, will you be in the Los Angeles area February 4th? If you answered "yes" to these questions I’m about to make your day.

On Monday, February 4th at 7pm in the Los Angeles area, Collider is partnering up with IMAX and Warner Bros. for a special free screening of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Park in IMAX laser projection and after the screening ends, I’ll be moderating a Q&A with Phil Lord, Chris Miller and director Mike Mitchell.

If you’re wondering how you can get in, we’ve got you covered. To attend this free screening you need to email thecollidermailbox@gmail.com with the subject line “I Want to See LEGO 2 in IMAX!” You need to include your name in the body of the email, if you’d like to bring a guest, and why you should be selected. We’ll be accepting emails until Saturday, Februrary 2nd at noon PST and we’ll contact the people that won passes with specific info about the screening later that day.

Again, this screening is in the Los Angeles area on February 4th at will start at 7pm!

As someone that absolutely loved the first LEGO movie, I couldn’t be more excited to see the sequel and moderate this Q&A. While I haven’t yet seen the film yet, I’ve spoken to more than a few people that say it’s awesome, a ton of fun, and incredibly funny.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part opens February 8, 2019 and features the voices of Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Tiffany Haddish, and Stephanie Beatriz.

Here’s the official synopsis for The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part:

The much-anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed, global box office phenomenon that started it all, “The LEGO® Movie 2: The Second Part,” reunites the heroes of Bricksburg in an all new action-packed adventure to save their beloved city. It’s been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO® invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild.

-

The battle to defeat them and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet, Lucy, Batman and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a strange galaxy where everything is a musical. It will test their courage, creativity and Master Building skills, and reveal just how special they really are.

-

Reprising their starring roles from the first film are Chris Pratt as Emmet, Elizabeth Banks as Lucy (aka Wyldstyle), Will Arnett as LEGO BatmanTM, Nick Offerman as Metal Beard, and Alison Brie as Unikitty. They are joined by Tiffany Haddish, Stephanie Beatriz, and Arturo Castro as, respectively, new characters Queen Watevra Wa-Nabi, Sweet Mayhem and Ice Cream Cone.
